Rental Requirements

Reservations: must be made in advance and accompanied by a $500 non-refundable deposit. To make a reservation, go to our Reservations Page for more information.

Renters and drivers must be at least 25 years old.

Insurance: must be verified or purchased prior to the RV leaving our premises. Renters must provide a binder from your personal insurance company or sign-up with our 3rd Party Insurance provider (MBA).

Rental Deposits: are required for all rentals.

Full Payment: for all rentals is required 30 days prior to departure. To determine this amount, please contact us and we will send you a complete estimate and your rental requirements.

Picking up your rental: You will need at least 60 minutes to check-out on the first day of rental. This allows a full orientation of all aspects of the coach you have selected.

Returning your rental: We will need time to check your motor home back in, so allow 30 minutes or longer. While we do a complete walk-through of your Rental upon return, we have a 5-day "post rental" detailed inspection that is complete to ensure there are no issues with the Rental following your rental period.  After we have completely checked in the coach, we will mail (within 14 days) you your deposit refund (less any adjustments for damages, if applicable).

Renting a motor home is easy. It's almost as easy as driving and operating one. If you would like to schedule a walk through before your rental date, we highly recommend you do so at your convenience.
