How do I find out about prices?

Is there a minimum number of days I have to rent an RV from your company?
Yes. 3 night minimums are required for all our Rentals for most of the year. Certain times of the year our minimums will increase. Please contact our office for additional information.
Is there an additional charge for Mileage?
No. Mileage is included in your rental
Is there a additional charge for use of the on-board generator?
No. Generator use is included with your rental
Is a deposit required?
Yes. To book an RV, we require a $500 non-refundable deposit. This secures the RV you wish to rent and the dates you wish to rent the RV for. This deposit is applied towards your total rental cost.
Are there other charges I need to be considering when I rent this RV?
Since Mileage and Generator Use is included in your rental, the only other charges would be any "additional" items you wish to add to your rental (i.e. Towing, Bike Rack, Kitchen Package, etc). There are no "hidden fees" with our rentals. As long as your RV is returned in the same condition that you received it in and with the fuel and tank levels at the same levels then there are no additional fees.
Are RV's hard to drive?
In theory NO. As long as you understand you are driving a vehicle that is significantly longer and wider than your normal mode of transportation (in most cases), you should be fine. Keeping a eye out for what is behind you and around you while operating an RV will ensure a pleasant trip
What type of gas mileage should we expect to get?
This depends on the size or your vehicle and where you take it. Normal flat road driving average is about 9 miles to the gallon.
What should I do about dumping the Sewage Tanks before I return the rental?
Here you have a couple of options...1) you can pre-pay to have your sewage tanks dumped by us upon return ($150 p/tank) or 2) you can pull into most RV parks and they have a dump station where you can dump your sewage tanks for a minimal cost
What about Insurance for my RV Rental?
Here you have 2 options...1) Check with your current Auto Insurance provider and see if they will attach a Rider to your policy for the length of your Rental...if they will you will have to get paperwork from us to give to your Insurance Agent to complete or 2) purchase Insurance through our 3rd party provider (done on-line by you) prior to departure. In any case, proof of insurance would be required before your Rental can start
What if I have a problem with the RV during my rental?
While we certainly hope this won't be the case, you are only a phone call away from assistance. You would notify our Office of your issue and we would instruct you as to the next steps to resolve your issue with your Rental
Can I have multiple drivers during my Rental?
Yes as long as they are registered as a Driver (at time of pick-up) and they are at least 25 years old
Do you have standard pick-up and drop-off times with your rentals?
Pick-up time can be between 9:30am - 3:00pm. You may return as late as 3:00pm on the day of your return. RVs returned past 3:00pm will incur an additional nights rental.
Can the RVs be driven to Canada from the U.S.?
